Returns
We do not accept returns on any items.
All products are made to order and are considered final sale once purchased.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.
There is no strict time frame for reporting damages, but we recommend reaching out as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or our error, we will offer a repair, replacement, or appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only available if requested before production has started on your order.
Once your item has entered the making process, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds, as materials and labor will already be allocated to your custom piece.
If a refund is approved before production begins, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow standard processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
Handmade Products
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, size, pattern, or appearance may occur. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled for a refund if production has not yet started.
Once production begins, the order is final and cannot be canceled.
Before You Order
We recommend placing handmade orders 2–3 weeks before your special event or the date you need your items to allow enough time for production and processing.
